We have 3 Dometic air conditioners on or 2009 Camelot. The rear unit will not turn off without regard to the temperature setting unless the thermostat switch is turned off. Any suggestions appreciated. Thanks in advance

A couple of simple tricks taht sometimes work is to disconnect the telephone type plug from the A/C unit, wait a minute and reconnect. The plug is just under the filter panel. Remove the fiter panel and look inside the rear corner and you'll see the connector.

You can also try to reset the thermostat. Turn the thermostat off and then hold down the Mode and Zone button while turning the thermostat back on. Continue to hold the buttons down for about 10 seconds.
