One of my bay door's outside skin's welds have broken. I've tried JB Weld but the vibrations from going down the road have broken the JB Weld. Any other ideas before I take it and have the aluminum welded? I sure would like to avoid having to repaint the door.

I have a 07 Camelot, & the bay door skin is attached to the door frame with double sided tape, & probably, contact cement on the foam insulation -- No welds -- Bill Wilard

Go to NAPA or another auto parts store and get some trip tape. Same stuff used to put trim on your car.
