You should have a pigtail under the dash near the steering column with a plug on it. Your 7 pin connector at the rear of the coach will be wired to the same plug. Purchase a controller and plug it in.

What year did Monaco start adding the trailer brake pigtail wiring?

My 2008 Knight came with prewired trailer brake pigtail under the dash. DO not know when it was first included

2004 or 2005.... Most of the pigtails are buried in the harness and thus sometimes hard to find!

Our '05 HR Endeavor had the pigtail under the dash for the trailer brake and was wired to the RV plug receiver in the back even though HR Service said they didn't put it in until after '05.
