Electrical Help
Last night we had a huge windstorm that knocked out the power to the Campground for a couple of hours. Fortunately we had no big loads on the system at the time and the Inverter kept everything going as it should. Didn't even realize the power was off for about a 1/2 hour.
When the power came on the Power Control System
Central Monitor Panel
now stays on Power Source
50 A Service
and the light stays on Steady
Nothing changes when I turn the power off or turn the Genset on. It stays the same and will not let me scroll up or down to see what is going or to change anything.
Even tried turning everything of with the power and battery disconnect but makes no difference.
Should add that we did bring in all of the slides later that evening when the power was back and put the slides out again this morning.

Many times when the power is out like that and comes back on, there is a huge surge from the power company. That surge can damage your equipment, and since that system is the first thing it hits, there's a good possibility that it was damaged!
Did you have a an EMS connected, like the Progressive Industries? That should have prevented that kind of damage.

I had a similar problem with the pcs staying on and being unresponsive. I removed r the remote, unplugged, wait a couple of min, replugged. All ok.

Thanks Larry that worked , I thought using the Battery Disconnect would have done that, but didn't .

Also, you can go to the inverter itself and unplug the other end of the data cable, and not have to take the 4 screws out and the control off the wall.
Now, if it were raining, I would opt for doing it at the inside panel. Your choice.
