Scroll down and find your steering wheel and down load the manual.
You might check the wiring underneath the plastic shroud on the steering column. There are wiring harness connectors that could come loose and/or look for any wiring problems.
If it is not that it could be the Clock Spring which is another problem area.
You steering column may be a Douglas Autotech, if you find identification you may be able to go to there website and get a parts breakdown, but there site is not easy to navigate. I found my manual and clock spring information there but I already had the part number for my steering column and clock spring.
