Electronic door lock

The electronic door lock on our 2003 Monaco Windsor simply quit working. Fortunately we always use the dead bolt to lock the coach (a precaution in case this ever happened). However, when we arrived home I was unable to unlock the basement doors. The key which unlocks the fuel cap does unlock the basement doors so I am able to get into the basement.

No 'juice' appears to be going to the electronic door lock outside.

Where do I look for the fuse as it does not appear to be in the fuse panel in the back?

Thank you in advance for any help you may give.

I'm not sure if this helps. Our 2004 Windsor has a ton of fuses in the outside, drivers side, forward compartment. If yours is the same, take your 12volt test light and start checking those fuses. Good luck!

I have a complete wiring diagram for my 2002 Windsor. As crazy as it may sound, it looks like the security keypad is tied into the radio power!

Do the buttons light up on the keypad when you press them? If so, you're getting power and the problem is probably a defective keypad. I had to replace mine.
