Well our little mini rally is over at Armiatge Park. Lukeaaa left yesterday and nutensteve left this morning. We were scheduled to leave today but have to stay until the AM. I had Elite repair come out to do some resealing of slide roof to wall seams. Monaco had done a terrible job and we had a small leak. While they were up on the roof Mark and Mat touched up all the roof vent caulking. The Urethane has to set for 12 hours before I can move in my slides. These fellows are great. Prompt, efficient and extremely knowledgeable. They can do electical, electronic, cabinetry, flooring and more. There are 3 partners and combined they have 35 years of Monaco experience. Both on the line and at Harrisburg. The workmanship is tops and competitive pricing. They will be in Indio later this year and will spend 2 months in Quartzsite. If you have any need for service give them a call. As an aside they have done 11 residential fridge conversions and at prices far less than I have seen in various forums. Less than half of what some are charging. They take the fridge through a slide out window.I am a small businessman and always like to see people who although they end up unemployed take some initiative and become entrepeneurs. Something we need more of in Canada and the USA. I almost forgot: They can do warranty work for Monaco! Thank you to Luke and others for the recommendation.

I have to agree with Moisheh regarding Elite. I observed them working on Moisheh's coach and the certainly seemed to know what they were doing. We had them come over to give us an estimate on replacing our refridgerator, replacing the flooring and other improvements. they were very competitive on their pricing and we will be scheduling a trip back there to get the work done soon. They are very familiar with the Monaco product.
