So all three lights are glowing?....or just the "AC in" ? Just checking. Sometimes these LED lights, when viewed from certain angles, look like they are glowing when they are not. The "AC in" glowing is a good thing. The other two: bad.

But if they are all illuminated: Yup. A fault happened. But perhaps you can clear it and everything might still be OK.

Action:
Disconnect from shore power and do not have the generator running. Firmly press the INVERT button....to turn on or off the Inverter. Now plug back into shore power. Are you OK now?

If not OK:
Time to attempt a reset by removing the Inverter from the house batteries. Do this by detatching from shore power (and do not have the generator running). Disconnect the very large, red, positive lead of the Inverter from the house battery bank...for at least 10 seconds. Then re-connect the red cable. If the fault clears, maybe you're good-to-go. If the fault returns, time to send the unit in for repair.
