Engine exhaust tube and generator
I don't know where to begin but here goes. Broke down in Arkansas heading back to Georgia. I had a break down this past week and had my vehicle towed to freight liner where they got me up and running. (1) The problem is when i got towed the operator i believed lifted the front end off my coach on the generator rails or cage because i think it's bent and i want to make sure. I can only slide my generator out maybe 1 ft. Can someone verify and upload a picture of there generator so i can compare? The photo shows an impression on it where the block was used. Also my generator sensor is now on as we travel back and you can also tell that it is not closing all the way(2) last photoI believe but can't verify that this was damaged in the transport to the freightliner facility by the tow operator. As you can see the exhaust pipe is smashed. I was wondering why the coach was sounding extra loud so i stopped at a rest area and this is it. Can someone explain to me how to repair this. I hope that it's a good picture. Thank you 2004 holiday rambler navigator

Sure looks like that is exactly what they have done !
Lucky they didn't put that brace right through your gen radiator!

X2 on it could have been a lot worse. I would block a steel beam (bigger than the bent one across and under it. Using a jack and a chain pull it back down.

Or, take it to a large truck allignment shop. They usually have anchors welded to the floor for bending straight axles. They could easily straighten that brace.

My thought to remedy the issue is DON'T mess with straightening, let it alone don't add More Stress. If it's an issue weld a supplement brace so it looks nice However, if the bent support has caused the tray rails to distort then you need to straighten the support bar. . As for the exhaust,, bite the bullet and fix it yourself, probably the lease headache. Can't connect why you have a generator sensor indication.

Also from further examination the bent rail prevents the generator slide from fully extending.

If you pull it down ,it straighten the side rails its hooked to they are bent in and up at least some. Or if you cut in half you could probably bend back by hand. Then you can cut it out or cut out bad center and box it with bigger piece. A piece of angle will be easier than a box to weld back. You could cut a tab at both ends and flat weld. cut part of angle away to or buy 1x3x 3/16" or make 2x3/4"

Right and they can probably repair the exhaust too.
Straightening the brace can wait but
you need to take care of the exhaust .
Lots of heat emptying out where it
shouldn't .

I want to thank everyone for their input regarding this. I'm going to be down for the next month and half so I'll take care of it. I talked to the tow operator and of course he denied that's what hapoen. I need to send him the pictures.

I wouldn't touch anything before contacting the tow company and your insurance company! That damage is from someone incompetent towing your rig! It should never have been towed that way! That damage is unacceptable! Your insurance company would collect from the tow company's insurance.
I had mine towed (through my ins co) and the operator rapped a chain around the rear axle that severed lines and damaged components. After contacting my ins company, they covered the repairs and relegated the claim to the tow co.

Just a question to all about towing a rig ,, do you just put the transmission in neutral ? is there something disconnected underneath? how far can it be towed.

WOW. The driveshaft must be removed to tow. BUT if you have emergency road service insist on a Landall. I would never let them tow me on the ground. Not only that but this tow operator should have a wheel lift. He could have bent the frame!!! I would have a HD alignment shop look at your suspension.
