Hey letsgo... welcome to the forum! Looks like the reason for your first post is a doozy.

I have heard horror stories about replacing the door glass but don't have any specific suggestions for you. While at the Winnebago factory last month, a guy told me he was going to have someone make him one out of safety glass but....

I agree with you about running from the guy who told you you could afford it. Sounds like a real piece of work.

Have you tried to search our forum?

Not sure if this will help but you might consider putting in Lexan rather then Safety Glass.. Just a option you might think about.

Don't know where you are, but in Houston I replaced the front door glass at Apple Glass Company. Double pain safety glass with tint... about $400 installed. The other companies wanted over $1,000. The problem is that you need to bring the coach so they can make a template... Here is their website www.appleglasscompany.com/

I have a glass from a 2006 HR Endeavor that I am removing because I am replacing the whole door. If it would fit your rig we can talk price. It won't be near that price.

Call A-1 Glass/Coachglass in Eugene, Oregon. They specialize in glass replacement for coaches and have done a ton of work on Monocos including ours. If you are anywhere near there or the Phoenix, Arizona areas they have a shop there.

letsgo welcome and i know how you feel. I had to buy two small plastic push/on switches for two lights in my mh, which i thought should be about $2 each. couldn't find them anywhere but the rv dealer and got ripped off for $21 for both.
