We have a 2007 Diplomat that has the entry door window fogged up and about a 1/4 in. of water. Monaco says this isn't covered under warranty even though the guy in service said it was a manufacture defect. Had anyone else had this problem and if so how did you fix it? Replace window? Is it possible to drain and reseal? Thank you for your help.

Carly068 what part of the country are you located in? There are several places that will repair the window for you, or any other windows where the seal fails. Once I know your location, I can suggest one of the repair facilities nearest to you.

We are in Southern California, Ventura County (specifically Moorpark). I'd appreciate any referral.

We had both entry door window and the driver side window re-done in FL at Suncoast CC windows Suncoast Designers, Inc. - RV/Motorcoach Services. We've been told that the seals failing on these two windows are a common problem on Monacos.

FL is a long drive for you. We learned about others from our research: RV Fog Dr. in AZ and Dave Root in OR. We've not used any of these companies so we can't recomend any but we have received recommendations from others.

If Rex can provide a complete list I'm sure it will be appreciated by many of us.
