Entry step warning light

My entry stair warning light had a bad wire on the magnet
I bought a new magnet switch but now the dash light doesn’t work at all
Where is the fuse for the dash warning light?
The steps work fine just a warning light issue

It may be in your front run box on board #9. It's "STEP IGN" on our '06 Dynasty. It appears from the schematic that MEY BE where the power comes from for the warning light. I'm attaching the schematic that may be applicable to your coach.

Any chance the light comes on when the steps are in? If the new magnet switch is a different color than the old one it will work backwards.

I got it fixed
My unit uses a normally closed switch but I had a normally open. I also had a bad connection on the first try.
