EPA Compliance label location?

Hi there,
I am hoping someone may be able to tell me where to find the EPA compliance label in my engine compartment. I have looked up and down, crawled underneath and can not find it.
I understand the compliance labels by my drivers seat are DOT labels for both the chassis and the body but not the EPA label specifically.
The engine is a Cummins 400 ISL.
Any idea's on where it is or how to confirm it's EPA compliance?

Thanks!

It is a small metal plate right on the "front" top of the engine. ("Front" in this case is actually facing backward in your engine compartment.) There is a housing there that I cannot remember what it is and don't have my documentation with me at the moment. But, if you look closely right at the top front of the engine you will see it.

You probably missed it (like I did) because it probably has some dirt/dust on it and is hard to see. It is also really small. Just have some water handy to clean it off.

Fortunately, the CA DMV inspector I was working with knew right where to find it. On that plate it will say that the ISL is compliant with all 50 states.

Glad I could help. But, you have to admit that when you do not know where to look it is a bugger to find.
