Excellent Service at Elite RV in Harrisburg OR

Folks,

For some time people including myself have been recommending Elite R&R Repair in Harrisburg OR for RV restoration and repairs.

I had my first visit there this past week and frankly they are the VERY best group of guys to have any work done on your RV.

Mark, Eric and Marty are an excellent team that have many years of knowledge and experience having worked for Monaco previously.

The punch list I had created was methodically gone through and they finished early Friday afternoon. My appointment was originally Monday the 27th of April but I had missed that date due to an unexpected breakdown near Coburg Oregon. I was able to get there by late Tuesday afternoon and they started on my coach Wednesday noon.

They worked on adjusting my large salon slide, installed SS slide skis on the bottom edges of the large slide due to some deterioration of the bottom surface, installed sleeve bearings and a cog drive wheel at rear end of the slide, performed generator service & air dryer service, checked the ride height and installed an outside vent for the microwave.

They are definitely my GOTO place when on the west coast!

We had Elite do some repairs for us last year and they did a good job. they are worth working with.

That's good to hear. My experience with them was not as pleasant, they did about half what I thought was going to be done. The real problem was I didn't know this until I was picking it up. (I did send a list long before my appointment and was assured all would be done).
I could have made arrangements with premier rv to do the rest if I would have known.

Tman59...Sad to hear, I've used them and had the best service and quality work of anywhere I've been. I know they shoot to do the job right the first time with no come-backs. No one is perfect but they are far and away better than any shop I've had experience with, I just wish they were closer to home.

I also used them several years ago to fix several major problems and they did a great job. Wish they were closer to NC and they would be the only place I take my coach.

We also thought they were great when they worked on our coach last fall. I wish they were not all the way out in Oregon. They did an excellent job!

I am also sorry to hear of your experience with the guys at Elite.

I am sure that if you had expressed your dissatisfaction with the outcome they would have done whatever was needed to make it right.

The success and future of their business and reputation relies on customer satisfaction.

We were at Elite for three days last year and left EXTREMELY satisfied with the work that they did. They also found a couple of items that weren't on our punch list and repaired them after pointing them out to us.

We'll definitely stop there again.

I have used them twice and very pleased both times. They did a small remodel for me and did an excellent job. They replaced my no-cold with the Samsung and it looks like a factory job. They replaced my front TV with a new 32" flat screen and had to rework the cabinetry and it looks great. They also replaced my carpeting.
They have resealed my slides and installed aluminum skids under the main slide. I definitely make the trip to Oregon when I need any kind of major repairs.

That right there is why I was disappointed. I had read these good reviews and honestly left thinking they had posted them themselves.
I did ask just why things like a new day/night shade were on the list sent a week prior and had not been replaced and with attitude they said we don't do that. They removed pieces from the slide topper rather then fix it, and again was told that's how we do it here.
I am really not a hard guy to get along with but the attitude was what really rubbed me wrong.
This was a year ago, maybe they learned something since then.

Just to be real clear I am VERY happy that all your experiences was much more positive.

But I would buy a Thor before I would go back there.

If you read all of the posts regarding customer service at Elite, the overwhelming response is great experiences. Add my name to the list of satisfied customers. Last summer, I spent two days at Elite, and they fixed everything that was on my list. I recently had a problem with my front roof A/C, and it was resolved on the phone with Eric. He walked me through several troubleshooting steps, and was able to diagnose the problem, with a way to bypass a faulty circuit board. End result was a working A/C unit in very hot weather. His patience, and sincere desire to solve my problem was very clear, and very much appreciated. After owning a business for many years, I know you can't please everyone, but my experience with Elite has been nothing short of spectacular, and I'll drive from Arizona anytime I need something fixed the right way. The only problem I can see with Elite, as their reputation for great service continues to expand, the demand for their time will also increase. I guess that's a good problem to have.

Add me to the list of Satisfied customers. Traveled 1300 miles from Nebraska to have them fix several items on my punch list because of the feedback I saw on this forum about them. They even found items that I hadn't discovered that they knew were problematic with these coaches. I too wish they were closer, but now we will schedule some vacations to the Pacific Northwest just to have them keep our coach in tip top shape. AWESOME group that Erik, Mark & Marty!!

Just finished up a series of repairs @ Elite Restoration & Repair in Harrisburg. These included repairing water leaks on two slides, master bed frame structure damage; replacing the park brake switch, two awning toppers, one ceiling fan; adjusting the ride height; and servicing two air conditioners.

This was our first appointment at Elite. The guys were attentive, knowledgeable, helpful, and immediately treated us like family. Having been previously employed at Monaco, I felt they were very knowledgeable of our Diplomat.

We received great customer service. They took the time to explain the scheduled work, kept me regularly informed of their progress, and made suggestions as they noticed other issues on my rig. I never felt pressured. I really appreciated that any of the guys took the time to answer my questions even if it's not related to the scheduled repairs. They also made recommendations where to go in the area for my engine, generator, brake & suspension service which I greatly appreciated.

I am confident to recommend Elite to others. We're glad we went and we'll be back. Great job guys!
