I have not personally tried this guys yet but I am in the process of researching my service options reasonably close to my home base and I stumbled upon W.W. Williams.

Let me know if anyone has had experience with this group.

I called W.W. Williams yesterday to possibly set up an appointment. After the conversation I had with the service department I did not feel at all comfortable that they actual knew anything about Monaco. The service person I talked to could not give me an estimated cost for an oil and filter change with a full chassis lube. He said it was because they handled Detroit Diesel and not Cummins..... Left me feeling like I should move on to Bauer Truck Service in Shippenville, Pa from a suggestion above.

I talked to Rick in service department of Bauer at great length. He was very attentive, polite and left this Newby feeling very comfortable. He was also able to provide an estimate for an oil and filter change with a chassis lube.

As a result I did setup an appointment for Monday. I will provide feed back after my service.

Bauer tuck service is great. Laid back and reasonable. They also serviced the Allison
Transmission.

Last week we were in Columbus Ohio.

We got a great complete service and check over
From

Bauerle Automotive Delaware Ohio

Dave is the owner.

Great personal service

Vicky is the desk lady.

Very knowledgeable

They got our chassis air system fixed also.

Had Bauer service my coach. Asked them to change oil and all filter including fuel filters, generator oil and all filters including fuel. Also asked them to check and top off a fluids including batteries. Check the batteries today and 4 out of 5 were bone dry. Overall all they did OK but missed the batteries completely. Make sure you check up after them. Would I recommend them? Well Yes I would, nobody is perfect.

If they would have checked the batteries they would have made a little more money on some new batteries and the labor to put them in. Battery issue was not their fault but they did not do a complete service. I do like these folks and would use them again. Just saying..... Give them a try if you need a descent service shop in western PA.

Our 2001 Monaco Windsor is out having a new bolt pad mounted for the awning brace arm attachment. This procedure is done from the inside of the coach and features stainless steel plate and captured nuts that will be utilized by the new stainless steel bolts that will attach the awning brace arm.

The shop is New Castle Truck in New Castle, PA. We have used them numerous times on our 5er and they are top-notch.

Check them out at New Castle Truck - Collision and Repair Specialists. Ask for Josh and tell him that the Hilton's recommend them.....

I do not hesitate recommending New Castle Truck in New Castle, PA.

Hopefully this will help someone find a good MH collision and repair shop in western Pennsylvania.

This is a problem i need to fix also on our Dynasty. Do they use a re-build kit to strengthen existing mount flange ? The current mounting holes have enlarged over time causing the arm to sag. Thanks for any info

They are putting the plate inside the wall. Not sure how it will be mounted. The brace arm mount will be attached to that with stainless steel bolts and lock washers thru the outer skin of the coach. I will know more I go back to pick the coach up.

There have been several folks suggesting J.B. Weld to fill the area and drill that and relagg bolt. Felt like I needed an expert to make sure the repair is as permanent as possible.
