A few of you have requested this sticky...so I am putting a couple of links in this first thread to help some folks locate centers close to them.

This first link is of the three Monaco Service Center information.

This link will take you to a State search for Monaco Service Centers.

This last link takes you to the Monaco Service page. You will find links to FAQs, Vendor Links, Tech Tips and other helpful information on the left side of the page.

This to be a positve thread with a very short description of what they did for you.

Thank You everyone for your positive input!

This location has done many things for us...including getting me in ASAP when I had what I thought was a major leak (water hose split).

Bought my HR in NC and drove home to NH. Needed some "shakedown" items fixed and went to this Monaco Service Center. Very nice facility, professional staff.

The service center at Harrisburg is the best in my view. They addressed all my issues beyond my expectations and well within the time frame initially estimated. They even helped me fix a problem with my toad lighting cable in the parking lot. I will use this facility in the future even though it's a 1600 mile round trip for me.

Technicians figured out two problems we were having that the original dealer could not. Not a long wait to get in and actually listened to us and showed how they fixed our problem. I wish they were in North Carolina and everywhere else we go!

OREGON Diamond Hill Service Center

We have visited them twice this summer. First with an appointment and then without one on our second visit. On both occasions, we were well treated by everyone there. Their technicians are extremely knowledgeable. All issues were addressed to our complete satisfaction.

Elkhart Service and Collision -

Elkhart, Indiana

Monaco and HR factory authorized. Service Manager and Lead Tech from DeMartini's in Indiana along with 4 other techs from the Monaco site recently closed. They are expanding the paint and body shop to include all service needs. Can't say enough good things about them - my drive of over 1000 miles was more than worth it - web site up and running at www.elkhartserviceandcollision.com.

We also had good results with Buddy Gregg in Knoxville and I hope we don't need it but their body and paint shop is new and state of the art.

There is a campground on site for customer use with a club house and laundry. When dropping off your motorhome for service you leave it on one of the camp sites.

I received a call from Buddy Gregg Motor Home Service wishing me HAPPY HOLIDAYS. He said he is looking for service work. A good place to stop on the way south. He has a campground there for you to stay at when getting service. A full service shop with excellent people. Ask for David in service.. He will take great care of you. Tell him you seen this on IRV2.
