Floor Dampness

I have a 2000 Monaco LaPalma. Passenger side floor is very damp. No recent rain. Any ideas please?

Have you looked at the seams on the roof, check all the applied Dicor for cracks. It may need to be replaced. I was under the impression Portland had received lots of rain the past month. It could be the water running down the wall and soaking the floor. Dripping from the roof should show water staining on the ceiling. More info would probably help..slide in or out. wet spot center of slide or on the edge. Living in the coach or is it parked and checked occasionally?

Portland is always wet, might check under kitchen sink, may have a small water leak when lines are under pressure, hard to find water leaks. I would also check basement area for water dripping from above. Good Luck

The dash AC evaporator is on that side. Sounds like the drain maybe clogged.

Sounds like (to me) that you have a heater core leak.

If it was a heater core you would think it would smell of Anti Freeze.

I had this, but found water was getting past the windshield seal. Does it get worse when it rains or you drive in the rain? I ran a little clear silicone where the glass hits the seal. Problem cleared up!
