Sorry to take so long to reply. I have been working in LA for the past few weeks and have not had the time to do much online. The LED strips are from EBAY. Look for a color temp around 5k or natural white. Not too yellow or blue. The resistors are built into the LED strip and they are marked where to cut them. You will need to wire the 3 strips together in series with the positive wire to the switch on the fixture and the neg. wire to ground. Cut the positive wire from the switch to the ballast circuit to prevent wasting energy. Then, peel and stick the LED strips to the metal plate on each side above the old tube location and place one down the center of the ballast cover. The light is virtually the same or brighter than fluorescent with no heat.
