How is it one careless match can start a forest fire but it takes a whole box to start a campfire?

Funny what you have in your mind when you hear someone's name. Not like what I pictured. Way too young for "gramps". Wow, we know a celebrity!

Aloha,

Gee

Hey Gramps, interesting write-up. We love the Blue Mountains also. Spent many a weekend camping and touring there when Son #3 was attending JMU in Harrisonburg. I noted that your hobby is photography. Wish I knew more about that. I got tired of my little digital camera and just purchased an Olympus E-520 with a duel lens kit. I have no idea what to do with it outside of "Auto mode". But it'll be fun learning.

Sorry we missed each other at the Perry convention. We were over in the "L" section. My favorite booth was the sandwich shop beside the outside entertainment tent. Man, those Polish saugage and onion sandwiches were good!!

We were in L as well, down at the far end next to the Workhorse group. I wanted to get one of those Polish Sausages, but I made the mistake of getting a cholesterol screening first. So no sausage for me after that.

If you have questions about taking good pics, I can answer them. I am thinking about blogging about photography over on the FMCA site. Also I should write up my impressions about the convention here, but I have been a bit distracted lately.
