The rear sliding door between the bedroom and bathroom of my 97 HR Imperial is emitting a bad odor, especially when my exhaust fan in the bathroom is running. It smells like garbage, not Bowel movement or propane. I see nothing when I look on the 2 sides of the door cavity. There is no sign of leakage anywhere.

Has anyone out there have or had this problem?

Any evidence of mice or other furry critters(could be a dead one) or are you in an area with stink bugs?

tcrouse97......Two things.....check the vent under the sink. Make sure it is still working.

If your bathroom is located above one of the exterior bay doors that is screwed shut, you might want to unscrew it at the bottom, open that door and look inside. I have two doors that are screwed shut that give access to wiring and tanks that are located under the bathroom. You may have a dead critter in there.

Thanks all for input ! It appears the problem is common and caused by downdraft in the vent stack from wind and/or exhaust fans.
