Freedom 20 Issues? Revised

95 Dynasty,.... Sitting unused for 2 years w/110 volt shore power connected.
Went to give it the monthly "start and check" and would not turn over well.
New(ish), but dead engine batteries. Old and dead house batteries.
Replaced engine and house batts. 6 in all. Engine started and ran fine. Shut down and re-connected shore power.
Now,..
Heart Interface Panel LED's are lit up like Christmas.
Inverter/charge...ON
AC Input ....ON
Battery.... Flashing slow and intermittently
DC Volts.... Cycling Up and down from 10 - 14.5 volts continuously
DC Amps,...Cycling from 30-40 continuously
Panel switch on or off, Inverter switch on or off, Coach Battery kill switch on or off, makes no difference. If left connected long enough, the Overload lights up.
Only stops when shore power is disconnected.

Removed the Inverter and looked inside for the obvious. Checked the two small fuses. Rigged a power cable and was giving 12.5 volts output. Hooked up to and old battery pack and it went to about 13.5v.
Can't locate any schematics showing the shore power connector to the Inverter.

Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.

Considering both batt banks went dead, I would have to say the 'charger' portion of the Freedom 20 has malfunctioned. Of course the old Batts may have boiled dry, causing them to fail.

I would get voltmeter in hand and check both banks on shore. Batts should be 13.3v or higher... If only 12.5v or lower, it's not charging at all. I will assume you have a BIRD or some setup that allows your chassis to be charged on shore.

Can't help with the Freedom 20 display or indicators as I've never owned one. If it indicates to you something is wrong, this may fit with it malfuntioning, especially if it is not putting out proper voltage to the Batts.

Thanks for the input. I need it! As suggested, I checked voltage on both battery sets. Gets kind of confusing.
12.6v each set.
12.6v Engine batts, 13.8v house batts, w/shore power.
12.6v Engine batts, 14.8v house batts w/Echo-charge disconnected.
Tested engine batts separately and they're perfect.
Echo-charge is looking suspicious.

Decided to start the motor to check its charging status and starter would not even click, with or without boost. I assume I blew a breaker or fuse when I left shore power on yesterday and Heart Panel went into overload.
Gonna take a breath and think about it. The weather is cooler today. Should only be 110*
