Need some advice please,
While camping this weekend, I was pluged in to shorepower and bump the inverter ( Freedom Combi) with my hand while placing something in the bay. The inside (coach) inveter circit breaker popped and would not reset. I replaced the breaker thinking it would resloved my problems and still no work properly. I removed the cover plate on the inveter to find the A/C input black wire twist nut was burnt and melted. I replaced the wire nut and cleaned up the wires but only half of the coach would work the rest of the weekend. I checked all the fuses and found no other damage.
So questions:
1. What would be a good replacement invertor?
2. Is the invertor something an average mechanic should change?
3. Is there anything else that I may have damage, transfer box?
4. Why I'm only getting power to the left side the coach only? are the any other breakers somewhere I'm missing?
5. Can these inverters be repaired? I'm in Ohio

any help/advice would be awesome

Are there two output breakers on the inverter ? A 2000 watt freedom has two.
Sounds like one has output and one does not.
Take a look at the output wire nuts and output breakers.
