Front Rain Gutter?

Does anyone else with an 07 have the rain gutter right above the windshield? My 05 Dipomat had one but the 07 Camelot. I remember it be a selling point back them that when you stopped in the rain all the water on the roof didn't run down your windshield. Had a little rain this past weekend and have dirt streaks running down the windshield from the roof.
