Fuel Filter Location

I am trying to locate the fuel filters on my 2006 HR Endeavor. I looked in the compartment on the road side behind the rear wheel. I found one filter that looks like it is the primary becasue it has a knob on the bottom. I opened the knob and a small amount of fluid came out. I can't see another filter in this compartment. There is the Air Dryer filter and the hydraulic pump/tank but can't see a second fuel filter. Any ideas ? Thanks

That definitely is the primary.... On our 2007, the secondary is on the passenger side rear cap in the bay where you check oil and trans fluids.
