Fuel lines

I have a 1994 dynasty I’m trying to replace the fuel lines. All the lines on the tank are 3/8 inch. My main fuel line at the lift pump is 1/2 inch. I can’t find a line that size on the tank. Anyone replaced the fuel lines on a Dynasty. Can’t figure out how this makes any sense. Thanks for any ideas

Could be that Monaco ran all 3/8" lines on the chassis but engine manufacturer (Cummins?) ran 1/2 line on the engine (assuming lift pump is mounted on engine).
