src.....I think you have a good idea, but I doubt it would be cost effective. A rough guess would be $1000.00 and another 400 pounds over the front axle that the coach was not designed for. If you reallistically saved 15 cents on every other fill up, it would take 6000 - 7000 gallons of fuel before you saved any money.

Reminds one of the movie Thunder Road - hauling moonshine in modified cars with add-on tanks. Only this is retirees in motor homes hauling lower-cost diesel fuel. Pretty amusing contrast!
