fuse location, 2004 Diplomat

My 110V receptical in the engine compartment has stopped working.

Anyone know where the fuse is located for this?

Everything else appears to be working.

Thanks for any clues.

It would be a circuit breaker in the main 110 volt electrical panel. If they are not popped then check your GFI outlets and see if they need resetting. Since it is outside it probably got damp and popped a GFI outlet.

GFI

Thanks Mike. I of course never thought it would be obviously a GFI outlet.

Got wet? with the rain in florida this past week it definitely got wet. But it is better than the over 17 feet of snow that has fallen back home.

Cheers

I would rather have my snow here in Maine than your 17ft

If you don't find a tripped breaker, here's another thought. On our '06 Dynasty, the 110V receptacle in the engine compartment is where the electric engine heater is plugged in. That duplex outlet on our rig is switched by one of the rocker switches on the dash, labeled "Block Htr". I actually kind of like that, as I've used it for other purposes than just switching the block heat, such as switching outside lighting for Christmas, or turning on or off a battery charger for the car.
