I have a much different coach, 2008 Camelot, but on mine, the fuses that control the dash air are on the main circuit board in the electrical compartment - first door on the front roadside. The schematic shows the fuse for the dash air is F29 - 20 Amp.
I'm pretty sure Monaco uses the same main cb for most of their coaches, but that may not hold true when you move up to the Signature. I know my board is the same as one in my buddies HR and his is a gasser.
Of course, it could be lots of things besides a blown fuse. LSS, I just reworked my dash air that went out because the POS air dryer from China leaked drier pellets that went stright to the expansion valve, choking it off. Once that happened, I had 250 lbs on the high side while pulling a vacuum on the low side. There is a switch in the circuit, I think it's called a Trinary switch, that detects that type of problem and cuts power to the system to keep from burning things up, like the clutch on your compressor. Anyway, once I replaced the drier and the expansion valve, everything was back to normal - such as that is - with 60 square feet of glass bakeing you in the front seats.
