Assuming that you are talking about where the two meet at the bottom of the raids where the strip molding is. If. This is where you mean this is a common problem as the rigs age. It is caused by the degradation of the screws that are under the molding (rusting). It is a pretty easy repair. First you have to remove the molding strip that runs the length of the coach. To do this carefully cut. Through the silicone sealant on the top and bottom them using a narrow putty knife carefully insert it under one side of the molding and twist to pry the molding off of the lip that it snaps on. I've used a heat gun to warm the molding so it's more plyable but be cautious not to get too close and burn the paint. Work you ways own one side then the other side will come off easily. I run strips of tape over the molding loosely to hold it in place so it doesn't sag or bend as I work my way down the line so as not to have it bend sharp and crack or chip the paint. Once you have a longer area off you can tape it below the metal strip out of the way. Then remove one screw at a time and replace it. If I come across a screw that is broken I drill a new hole next to it for the new screw. Then clean up the old silicone and install the molding again, warming it as you go. Lastly, reseal both sides with silicone. To keep the bead clean tape both side of where you are laying the bead then remove the tape
Good luck!!
