Jeem, I don't know what year coach you have but on the older ones Monaco just daisy chained the grounds from one gauge to the next, they are mostly wired in series and when you have a bad ground on one point it will affect all of the gauges and dash lights that are in series after that. I had this same problem that when you turned on the parking and/or the head lights it would make the voltmeter and other gauges go nuts.
