Gear reduction starter?

I may need to replace the starter on my 2000 Windsor 8.3 cummins. Does anyone know of a newer style (gear reduction) starter for these engines? Would like a better type of starter. Maybe the original is the best? Any knowledge is appreciated.

I had a link for Denso starters ( gear reduction ) but it's not working .
If you go to their main web site could be there will be a cross reference there , but you'll need the original P/N from Cummins.

Here's a thread on that very subject:

From the thread - Call Vans Electrical Systems (317-240-5900) in Indianapolis and ask for Andy or Stephen.

I have a Denso starter in the rig waiting for time to take it in and get it installed. Even with 4 - 925 CCA starting batteries the starter sometimes struggles and the cure is a geared starter.
