Girard Door Awning

We are on the road and still getting used to the Dynasty. Today I tried to put out the door awning. I can hear a relay clicking somewhere but nothing happens. I tried using both the multiplex switch and the switch in the cabinet over the door. Nothing. Any suggestions or will I have to call Monaco on Monday? I checked the fuse in the DS front bay and it is fine. Our unit came with a 2 circuit remote for the Girards. There are no instructions on how to program this remote. Both red lights come on when you extend or retract the main awning. There was another 08 Dynasty in the park yesterday and his remote is the same. He thought it should operate both awnings but apparently not.

See if the parking brake is set. This function overrides other inputs.

I had the same thing happen on my Signature. except it was the driver side awning. I pushed the button and I could hear the relay clicking but nothing happened. Turned out that it was the #4 computer board that was bad. I had the board replaced and everything works fine now. The boards are located behind the front TV.

Do you mean that the awning will not work unless the park function is enabled? I am never stopped without the brake applied. nor should any DP be stopped without applying the air barke!!
