GPS/Side camera/Rear Camera DIY?

Has anybody come up with a way to replace the voyager video system?

Since the cameras appear to be s video out, I was thinking about making a video switching system to connect the s video to a large GPS with a secondary video input.

The thought was to make a pcb that accepts the three s video connectors directly, and the backup/left/right turn signals and a manual three position selector switch. Then create a single video output that would mate up with the GPS monitor, tablet?

The goal would be to have one monitor for both GPS and cameras.

Is there an easier way?

If there is another thread, let me know, I am just finding my way around this site.

Bob-

Call Tim at RVCams (RV Cams: Backup Camera Systems (All)). He knew what cables I needed to connect my rear camera to the Garmin RV 760 LMT GPS. If I had multiple cameras I'd require some sort of manual or automatic switching method, as you say.

I just replaced the Voyager system in my Bounder with a 4 camera 9" Quad DVR monitor. My Monitor mounts overhead like a rear view mirror in a car so size was not an issue. I used the old Voyager wiring to the rear camera. Cameras are From Amazon $15 each. Monitor is from Ebay $170. I could have gone cheaper on the monitor but I wanted one that would record. This system acts as dash camera and security camera system in addition to driving. The rear camera has some noise in it and will be replaced.
