Grab handle

We purchased a 2004 Diplomat two week ago and I am making a few minor repairs while we are on the road. The exterior grab handle is not lighting up, where is the bulb for the grab handle? I'm guessing that I have to remove the handle to get at the bulb?

I do not believe you have a lighted exterior handle.

To answer your question...the Diplomats don'r have the lighted handles. I know some of the Monaco Owners have put one in themselves though. You can do a search for door grab handle to see how they did it.... or just Go here...

janal, i'm not sure either way, but our 02 beaver santiam does have a lighted grab handle as did a friend of ours 02 diplomat. any way if it is lighted the bulb is under the top chrome part of the handle! jim.
