Grab Handle Light

Anyone know a supplier for the light that lights the outside grab handle?
Removed mine today and found it is a LED bulb with resistor all made togather.

LED Light for Illumagrips #86430-LED ASSEM | eBay

Cheapest I found... good time to drill a small drain hole in that bottom casting while it's apart.

Thanks
I narrowed it down to the bulb itself. Since it is solidered in looks like the one on E-Bay is the best way to go.

Radio Shack sells both LED's and resistors.. You will need to do a bit of math, Assume you need to drop 12 volts at the LED's forward current ration, For a JUMBO led (Which is larger than the OEM so you need to drill the hole it fits in a bit larger) you need like 650-700 Ohm for the resistor.

ON my coach the OEM was 150 ohms, no wonder the LED did not last.

NOTE: if you can not find the exact value you need, go next resistor higher. Higher is good, smaller shortens LED life fast.

NOTE 2: When you solder the parts to the board,, Resistor goes in either way (Non polarized) LED, insert and bend leads, Turn on, if it lights solder and trim leads

If it does not turn Remove, rotate 180 degrees and try again.. Easy way to do it.

The hard way is trying to figure out which way it goes BEFORE insertion.. Putting it in backward won't hurt, just won't work.
