As mentioned I found the solenoid, all melted. After confirming with Hadley, I ordered another one from Amazon which I should receive tomorrow. I hope it resolves the issue, but I still don't know why the solenoid melted.

Hadley air horns

Solenoids can melt if they are subject to constant over current when they are designed for low current or momentary current. Check voltage at the wires into the solenoid; if you have constant voltage then the VIP controller may be going bad, or your horn switch may be stuck on.

I have not checked my coach, but I know horn circuits in other vehicles are completed when the horn switch is connected ie voltage to horns when horn button is pressed.

My thoughts.

Hope this helps,
Brian

Thanks Brian. Could you tell me where the VIP controller is located?

No I cannot tell you where your controller is located. Each manufacturer may put them in different locations, and I drive a Country Coach with the smart wheel. Typical places would be under dash or in drivers bay electrical control centre.

Thanks Brian. I found the VIP control module under the dash driver side. I think I may have resolved my problem. Yesterday I changed the solenoid but the horn still didn't work. However, I found out that the horn fuse was burnt. Today I'll replace the fuse and I hope this will do the trick.
