Haldex Air Dryer cable cut off

I've noticed one of the wires underneath the air dryer was either disconnected, came loose or cut off for some reason.

Does anyone know what the wires at the bottom are for? What should I expect when I connect them back on?

Thank you

The wires power a small heater element that warms the purge valve to prevent ice buildup.

It should be wired to a ignition switched source, so no issues while key off.
