My 02 HR Vacationer got a clear acrylic hand rail on the outside by the door. I am wondering if this hand rail is suppose to light up somehow?
We purchased the MH used last year so I don't know if the is a light hooked up to it. If so, how to I get to the light to check the bulb?

Nah, even the Dip does not have a lighted handle at least through 2007, maybe now they do. If someone added the light and a switch, it would probably be easy to find. Someone makes a kit to do the conversion though.

Here ya are

our 02 beaver came with a lighted handle. since yours is the same vintage, maybe! take the screws out of the handle and pull it away, if it is you will see the bulb. as sacs said if not you can add it. not much to it other than running the wire. jim

gonzo, I bought the light repair kit from Monaco about 8.00 also depending on your handle you may need to drill the top support using a step drill to accept the new light.

I think we need to start a thread on what we most want Monaco to add to our coaches if we would have paid an extra $100.00. I can think of about fifteen things that they could have done right for just $100 more.

My Dynasty and the Signature both had the lit handle. I had to replace both of them within the first 6 months of owning the coaches.
