If I replace the original equip shocks with kondi's will my ride be softer with out turning my coach into a walrus. Anyone out there using kondi's on r8 chassis. thanks.

I am not sure that KONI even makes shocks tht will fit an R8 chassis. Have you checked with KONI yet?

Good luck - Glenn

If you go to the Monaco Chassis section, there is a post by Dipomat Dan about putting Koni's on his rig.

Maybe Diplomat Don will see this post and reply how he likes his or maybe Caisert can PM Don and get the low down on the KONIs for the R8s.

caisert......I put the Koni FSD's all the way around to get rid of the jarring in the front end. They took out about 80%-90% of it. I had originally placed the Koni Adjustables on the front by accident and they really took out the jarring, but there was no change in the handling which was not an issue.

I switched all the shocks out for the FSD's and found they softened both the front and rear up with a surprising extra that they handled even better than stock.

They're pricey though..$1200.00 foreight.
