I did mine last January right before heading to quartzsite. It's not a terrible job with the right tools and 2 helpers to lower old one down and steady new one going back in. I parked mine on 6X6 blocks in rear, dumped front air, and raised rear air all the way. I took the radiator, cac, and fan out as an assembly. To lift it I used an atv/motorcycle lift. The hydraulic cooler comes out the grill opening and to keep from evacuating th a/c I just swung condenser out hole and tied it up. The most time consuming part was making a new set of the rubber shrouds between grill and radiator housing. Just bought new rubber from Lowe's for stairways. And about 100 new pop rivets and fender washers. I got the formed hoses from napa. They just matched the bend and size and found hoses I could cut the needed section out of. I did already had the correct size JIC hydraulic plugs and caps for the fan and cooler lines. It can be done without but is easier to keep everything clean with caps/plugs.

I got the replacement from Brice Thomas radiator. It was just over 2K including next day air shipping. Very nice people to work with. Mine is all aluminum. The original had plastic tanks and the o-ring failed between tank and core.
