Head Lights wont shut off

my head lights will not go out. stay on all the time . I have to turn chassis batt switch off to turn them off. I have pulled the headlight fuse but they stay on.. Head light switch looks good and works ok. I hannve day time running lights and think it must be the sensor or relay that runs that system. Dose anyone know where I might find this relay or sensor. 2001 Monaco windsor

On My 2001 Imperial which is close to same coach it was in the outside compartment under the drivers window. It was just plugged onto a harness but was labeled.
I had that happen on another vehicle and that is what it was.

It looks like a breaker about 1 1/2 in square hanging on the end of a wire harness.
