Heater Fan

I have a 2002 Monica Windsor that The fan has quit working. The fan went bad two years ago and I replaced it with a new one. I also replaced the speed resistor. Ir all worked fine until recently when I started to loose the blower on high speed It would run on lower speeds. The last trip out it quit working completely. I replaced the speed resistor but that did not do it. I cannot find anywhere a fuse for the fan Iv looked through everything. I hope it is not the motor again because that is a tough job I spent a week reverse engineering removal of the dash I really don't want to do that again. Can anyone help me out here maybe you had the same problem. What can I do to test the fan motor. Thanks

When you were working on the motor last time , did you get the dash HVAC manufactures name ? Evans/Tempcon ? Denso ?
Your failure ; loss of high speed first ; is kind of the reverse of a resistor block issue , where the lower speeds are the first to go.
Have you checked for power in and out of the dash fan speed switch ?
Can you access the blower motor power wire and jumper wire it straight to a power supply?
