HELP ! DW is stuck in RV... STEP COVER

Hi...we just arrived in PECOS, TX ..TRA-PARK (Escapees) Toss up Park or Walmart.. WALMART WINS..

Very Nice Staff here..

MY PROBLEMS: 08 Safari/Cheethah 40SKQ
1st IssueW is disabled and I can't get her out of the RV because the STEP COVER will not retract..

So Do I leave here there or fix it.. (Just Kidding)..

2nd issue Cameras don't work.

3rd issue RADIO does not work(LOW PRIORITY)

Checked some fuses in bay outside on the Drivers side.. Did not see a bad fuse... Maybe I looked in the wrong place ??
Checked fuses in Wardrobe area..all are good..

Please help in anyway you can..
