I'm charging the house batteries right now using my car and I'll see if this makes any difference.
I've never had 1 yr old batteries that hold 13v but don't deliver any amperage. Is there a solenoid somewhere other than on the starter that could be blocking the amperage?

Hi matthew i just had to replace my freedom 15 charger so i know the whole not wanting to waste a grand feeling. First things first i know its unlikely that a 1 year old chassis battery is dead but not unheard of. You need someone to crank the coach while you measure the batts with your volt meter. They could be resting at 12.9 and drop down to 6 when any load is placed on them.
Second- I ended up replacing my freedom charger and come to find out it was never the inverter to begin with. It was a freaking $10 circuit breaker in the bedroom causing intermittent cutouts. Not that i wasted a G, since the new me2012 is a huge step up from the non sine freedom inverter, with the ability to desulfate the plates, but i didnt have to spend a grand.
Monaco is known for terrible dash grounds. Our speedo, and voltmeter are way off because of this so dont believe the voltmeter is telling the whole truth.
