Hercules Tires vs G670RV Goodyear 295/80 R22.5 H

I see old posts (2011) that have discussed this subject and enough time has passed to hear about the good or bad in either case.
I intend to replace some tires and am very interested in reports about how these have performed.
I see substantial difference in price, but the aging factor seems to be more of the "driving force" to replace tires, not wear.

Also, anyone have experiences with the use of balancing beads?

One of my bids includes the" needed beads". However, they are not recommended for use in Goodyear installations.
If they are so great why would they not be considered for Goodyear?
Or, are the Hercules so difficult to balance the require beads?

Thanks in advance, should hve some interesting and valuable input from this!
Again Thanks.

I have used Dynabeads for some 15 years...never a problem. Carry a spare pack in case you have tire trouble.

Replaced rivering GY's with Firestone and never looked back.

Tires

Had Goodyear on last coach 5 years 5 blowouts!! Newer coach 30,000 miles Goodyear another blowout. Replaced all with Hercules with beads in front tires only. Love them. No problems at all. My two cents.

Safe travels

I have GY tires now for 3 years and 35K. I have them balanced every year before my 8 month trip as well as a chassis lube and check up.
My tires ware perfectly and never had a problem.
From all my readings on this forum, many people weigh their rig and adjust their tire air pressure according to the manufacturer weight chart. I have noted that some of these pressures are much lower than I run mine. I can assure you that low air pressure can cause blow outs.
Monaco placed a plaque with their recommended tire pressures. They built the thing. I use what they recommend and have no issues.
105 psi in the front and 115 psi in the rear. This works off me. My $0.02
Safe travels.

Perhaps you're right, too much can change in tire manufacture from the time the coach was built I'll stick with 4 corner weights and 5lbs over the the tire charts, 7 years.

115 is very high on duals

I don't recommend anyone treat their tires like I do, but I'm truly blessed. I have Goodyears on my 2005 Windsor. I run 115 lbs on the front and 85 lbs in the rear. These are the tires that came on the coach. When we aren't Rollin I keep them covered. I don't put dressings or salves on them. They've been good tires.

Had rivering on the insides of front GY tires on my Dynasty. Prior owner did not have any weights on the tires so replaced them with new GY and had them spin balanced and new alignment....it rides alot smoother so we shall see...running 115psi front, 100 rear.

I hope you are considering replacements soon. Most likely you are running on 10 year old tires.

I agree that you are truly blessed but don't count on that.

Safe travels.
