I'm looking for replacement cabinet hinges for my overhead kitchen cabinets. They are nickel colored and some are popping rivets and not holding the doors up anymore.
Has anyone found a supplier for these hinges?

Can you post a photo? One of us may have a source, but we would need to see them. There have been many hinges, usually based on how much they cost...

I think you can order them from Monaco and Northwest RV supply general has some. If you are handy you can install new rivets I think they are just pop rivets.

I got mine from Monaco. SKU # 08408847
Hinge spring/support HS100B Bright Brass 306J06.
I think the HS100B stands for brass.
This should get you on the right track. Good Luck.
By the way, there is no way to replace the rivet. I tried everything with no luck. You do not have the clearance to get anything to work.

Hopefully some of the Brass are still in stock. I know there are many of the silver/nickel one's in stock at Monaco. If you're unsure of the part number, just tell them it's for an overhead cabinet and they'll know exactly what hinge you're talking about. If you would like a visual, they can send you a picture to your email and get you going.

I just ordered some of these from American Coach for our upper cabinets. Poster above is correct, I've tried everything to replace the small rivets. At $7.50/hinge cheaper and less headache to just replace them.

I had the same problem on one of the hinges. I got some split rivets (1/8 by 1/2 I think) from a hardware store and replaced the broken ones. Split rivets may be hard to find. Several hardware folks looked at me like I had two heads when I asked for them. An old time hardware store (Fischers) in Springfield Va had a selection.
Hope it helps.

The other idea is to change the hinges and support to what Monaco is using now, looks like a better design. I the 2011 Dip we looked at they had smaller hinges that held the door closed but an extra support arm to hold the door open. I think this is the way they have done the doors in higher end coaches for a while. Maybe someone with a 2011 can share some pictures.

this is the hinge I need but in a nickel color. I am interested in a newer (better) design if it works well. I'm 6'1' and need the doors to open up high and stay there. I tightened the hinges to hold them up better but this seems to put more strain on the rivets, obviously wearing them out faster.

I repaired a number of mine with blind revits. Had to file down the nub in order for it to clear the tension housing. At present, I have one that has a broken tension screw.

I stand corrected: The tension screw backed out of its retaining nut. I put it back together this am.
