Minimum 1,000 cranking amps, depending on your pocket book sealed AGM batteries like Lifeline are the best, no maintenance and excellent cranking amps. Randy

Thanks for the input, Randy and Steve. Decided on the Interstate batteries and picked up a pair today. Hoping for some decent weather tomorrow so I can slide them in!
