I have a 2007 HR Neptune 36' that we bought last year in Quartzsite. We are still learning about this unit and have a "few" bugs to work out.
Our curved shower door falls off while traveling. We are thinking about replacing the four roller units on the sliding door to hopefully correct this problem...only thing is, we can't find any roller units. Does anyone know where we can find these units? Has anyone else had this problem? How did you fix the problem?
Any and all help would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks in advance.
Sharon

My sliding mirrored closet doors would jump track also. I found that there were plastic tabs (not associated with the rollers) that were to prevent the door from jumping upwards....and therefore off track. Adjusted these tabs by way of the screws that hold them in place. All OK now.
So even tho I don't have a shower door like yours, suggest you investigate how you might apply some home-brew tabs to stop the door from dislodging due to the upward action that happens when you drive down the road.

The curved shower door on my 2007 Scepter came off constantly when the unit was new. Had it back to the factory for some warranty work and brought up the door. They adjusted the rollers and no problem since. Not sure what adjustment they did, but perhaps the factory technical support could offer some insight.

Mine was doing the same thing. The rollers are adjustable. Loosen the nut in back of the roller and turn the screw head and make the adjustment on all the rollers. I adjusted the top rollers first and then did the bottoms. Make sure the door is hung straight when the door is closed. Once you get into it, it is pretty easy.

Once we find out if the OP has that brand door then like you said it is easy to adjust. Those upper rollers are on a concentric bolt so loosening the lock nut and turning the bolt can raise or lower the roller. It can also move the roller in and out. The idea is to turn them so they lift the whole turn which inturn makes the bottom spring retainers tighter. I use the door edge as a guide to adjusting up and down so the door and the fixed frame are parallel. The other thing to check is that both rollers ride the guide rail without climbing off of it through the entire opening and closing. Because if you move the rollers in or out too much then the radius of the door now mismatches the radius of the fixed rail. It is not that hard.
I attached the complete parts breakdown, installation instructions and contact for buying parts. That shower door is Italian and are they proud of their parts $$$$$$. I replaced both of my bottom spring retainers and that helped some. Those bottom spring retainers are $53 a pair and $18 to ship the little things.
Shower Door is made by Cesana (Italian Company) Model 0724

Mike's not kidding about the parts being expensive. The rubber seal located where the sliding door contacts the stationery end failed. It just crumbled away. I called the factory distributor in New York. Turns out the rubber seal is in two parts and is magnetic to hold the door closed. $228.00 they quoted plus shipping. We are doing just fine without the seal, thank you very much...
