OK peeps, I'm looking at trading up from my ole 40 footer no slide (which is still an AWESOME coach by the way) to a little newer product. Right now I'm negotiating on a 45' 03 exec with 3 slides and an 02 navigator with 2 slides. Also there is an 02 Sig w 2 slides in the wings. There is plenty of room in all 3 of these, they are in similar condition/milage/price, and they all 3 have they sweet fold down tv up front as well as single piece windshields. (if you go to an 01 exec/nav they have a 2 piece)

I know these are VERY similar product but my question is . . . . .is there any lesser known but significant feature/update/upgrade that might push me towards/away from any of these coaches?

Personally I'd keep the no slide exec based on bang for the buck. Next would be the sig, of course.

I can't comment on the specific MH's, but if you go above 40-foot keep in mind that it might keep you out of more campsite locations...plus some states require a different licence depeding on length/weight. It may not be a huge deal, but it's worth thinking about. For us, we found 40-foot w/ slides to be more than enough. There's many spots we've camped that wouldn't take anything bigger.

David & Ellen,

These coaches are so similar that to me there are 2 things that would be the determining factor.

1. Are maintenance records available? How these coaches have been maintained is very important for future reliability and expense.

2. Livability. After living full time in a coach with 2 slides up front, I would really miss the extra openness that provides.
