Aside from the red 4/0 cable by the house battery, there is another connection to the +ve pole with an inline fuse of 15A

What could this be for?

thanks
jim

This may be the 12v feed for your refigerator. Pull the fuse and see what does not work. George

If you have a solar panel then it most likely is the fused connection from the solar panel controller to the battery.

Caymann......Check to see if you have a hot lead at your trailer plug. This might a power lead for a toad. Does it look factory or add on?

It's all factory connections.
It's not to the refrigerator or the solar panel.
Keep them coming.

I will check on the trailer plug connection.

Suspects include:
Propane/explosive gas detector
Control power for the batttery disconnect/control system
Control power for the "Emergency Start" or "Aux Start" solenoid
Steps
Radio Memory saver

After-market modification

About the only way to find out is to pull the fuse and find out what no longer works.. Then restore the fuse and see if it restored operation
